The Orlandini Vineyard White Chambourcin is made in the classic style of blush wine. The Chambourcin grapes for this vintage were grown in the Shawnee Hills of Southern Illinois. The fruit was crushed, then quickly pressed, giving the wine its pink color. This semi-dry wine, served slightly chilled, goes well with cheese and crackers and other appetizers. |
