Water Valley White is a fruity sweet wine bursting with the flavor of fresh grapes. The Niagara grapes picked to create our wine come from Owl Creek's old growth Niagara plots where most vines are over 26 years old. Because of the great age of the vines, we take a lot of care in making the wine, the results remind most folks of popping sweet ripe grapes into their mouth from Grandma's backyard arbor. The remaining blend is Golden Muscat and Villard Blanc. |
