In fact, this year we will be celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the day we opened our first store in Carbondale, Illinois, and began working toward what is today your wines & spirits superstore with 14 retail locations in Illinois. Shipping and Handling Costs

We ship exclusively with UPS©. Your shipping cost is calculated at the checkout by UPS© and is based on the overall weight of the order and your zipcode.

We also charge a handling fee for each order which includes both the cost of the shipping carton and the mandatory $3.25 fee that UPS© charges us to verify and collect your adult signature at the time of delivery. The handling charge is $5.00 for 2-12 bottles (1 case/carton), $10.00 for 13-24 bottles (2cases/cartons), $15.00 for 25-36 bottles (3 cases/cartons), $20.00 for 37-48 bottles (4 cases/cartons), and $25.00 for 49-60 bottles (5 cases/cartons). There will be no handling charge for orders of 5 cases or more. In an effort to help you offset your overall shipping costs, we only accept orders for a minimum of two (2) bottles.

Legal states

AZ, DC, CA, CT, CO, FL, GA, ID, IA, IL, IN, LA, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, OH, OR, SC, WA, WI, WV, and WY. Orders shipped to allowed States within the USA only.

Our Returns Policy

You may return most items sold by Illinois Liquor Marts within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping & handling. We'll also pay the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

NOTE: We will not honor returns unless we have been notified prior to return shipping.

In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any item that has obvious signs of use.
• Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged due to shipping hazards.
