Age Verification

• To purchase wine on our website, you are agreeing that you are at least 21 years of age or older, otherwise able to legally order alcohol, as well as receive alcoholic products at your residence or work address via UPS©. Any unlawful breach of this agreement will lead to legal penalties and records of your purchase will be provided by our establishment to authorized legal officials.

• Shipping service providers are required by law to ensure recipients of alcoholic beverages shipped via UPS© must be 21 years of age or older by providing proper identification on site of delivery to be verified by a delivery professional. The UPS© driver will be given specific instructions to not deliver to, or leave your delivery with, anyone under 21 years of age.  Please make every effort that someone of legal drinking age with valid ID will be present upon your delivery. 

• We only accept orders for a minimum of two (2) bottles. This will help to offset your shipping costs, as the same fees and costs would apply for single bottles.

• Many buyers choose to have their shipment made to their work address.  There will be a processing and restocking charge of 10% if your order is returned to us undeliverable due to the above mentioned regulation. We can not ship to a P.O. Box.
